Trail & Tail is a weekly walk through local forest preserves near Lake Bluff and Lake Forest. Each walk is simple by design: a short trail, a small group, and space to move your body and clear your head.
Dogs are welcome, but not required. This pod is for adults, whether you're showing up solo, with your pup, or just looking for a reason to get outside and connect with someone new.
Trail locations are within 15 minutes of Lake Bluff and will be shared upon registration. All walks are leash-friendly and adjusted as needed for weather conditions.
